Return Process

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help our team improve our formulations.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original box if possible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our workshop receives your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
